Sub health is a new concept presented by world medicine industry which keeps in the middle state of heath and disease. Some call it as the third state of human body. The first state is health, the second state is disease. And others call sub health as gray state, some scholars called people under sub-health is sub health people. The most accurate and scientific definition of sub health is chronic fatigue syndrome.

People who suffer from sub health feel tired, bad mood, fidget, insomnia, dizziness, headache, forgettery, chest discomfort and heart-throb, but it is difficult to confirm what disease it is after inspected with various instruments and biochemical inspections, including high, precise and top instruments, later, it may possibly cause some disease or keep at this state or naturally disappear.
